Three Depths of the Spiritual Being
Xin
Spirit Mind Body
The Chinese language does not separate the completeness of the human being as does English. The word xin refers to the body, mind, and spirit as three appearances of one being.
Many people seek the help of an acupuncturist because their body is telling them something. Sometimes there is a chorus of squawking symptoms and other times a subtle voice. This knowledge emanates from the different depths of the spiritual being.
The spirit moves quickest.
The mind moves more slowly than the spirit.
The body takes the longest to move and change.
